Behind Every Visual, A Story You Can Feel
Who We Are
Vajwala started with a question two people couldn't put down: why does so much of what surrounds us — the art we choose, the things we wear, the objects we keep close — leave us feeling almost nothing? Everything we've built since has been an attempt to answer that differently. Not another shop turning out the same pieces by the dozen. A place where what you bring into your life says something real about you — where you've stood, what's moved you, what you carry but rarely say out loud.
The Name
Look at anything long enough and it stops being simple. A texture turns into a memory. A shade of color becomes a mood you can't quite name yet. Vajwala is built around that exact second — when looking stops being passive and starts feeling like discovery, like the piece in front of you is looking right back. That feeling is the only thing we ever set out to sell.
Built by Two
SAWAH spent years inside music — writing it, branding it, putting it in front of people who'd never heard the name before. The lesson that stuck: emotion moves faster than explanation. If a sound can change the air in a room, what we make should be able to do the same.
Veneciea works without much regard for edges. No real interest in what art is "supposed" to look like, or what counts as a finished piece. Just a steady pull toward imagination, and the discipline to make it real — on paper, on fabric, on a wall, in whatever shape an idea needs to take.
Two instincts. One direction. Vajwala lives exactly where they meet.
What We Believe
We don't think of what we make as decoration. Decoration fills a gap. Ours is meant to open one — a pause before you keep moving, a second look you didn't plan on giving.
Every piece carries a name. A few lines about where it came from, what it's holding. Nothing we make should be a stranger to you.
We'd rather make less and mean more. Every release is considered long before it's ever for sale — not the other way around.
Vajwala isn't a frame company, and it never was meant to be one. It's an idea about how art should make you feel — and that idea won't stay in one form for long.
Not everything here is meant for every wall. One piece will be meant for yours.
